In a few simple words, I am a born again, sanctified, and redeemed believer in Christ that is being transformed and renewed everyday into who God wants me to be. I'm on a long journey to fulfilling those words that you just read. It's a long journey and everyday that I think I have even come close to achieving it, I realize how far away I am from it.
I am a wife, mother, daughter, and friend to the special people that God has brought into my life and many of those folks make up my blog readers. I started this blog on the crux of walking away from a 13 year long career as a computer scientist-manager-supervisor-position (I never quite knew exactly what my title was) in the working world.
Around 2007 or so, I started to feel the weight and burden upon my heart to leave the working world and come home full time to be with my children. In the years that followed, God also burdened my heart to homeschool my children and well, that's where this blog begins! You can read my very first entry here.
As a Mother I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in
Truth and that they hold steadfastly to the truth, and live in accordance with
it. In this we glorify our Heavenly Father.
To all the readers that include my family, friends, and any others that may surf in, welcome! I blog about whatever comes to mind here and there in life. My kids, recipes, books that I'm reading, and whatever inspirational thoughts loom around in my head. So, sit back and make yourself comfortable as you mull around our life a little. May God be glorified for the things He has done...
